Perfect Love FAQ’s

1. What payment methods do you accept?

All of Perfect Love’s transactions are done through the secure online payment solution PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Money Orders and Certified Checks made out to Perfect Love are also accepted. Please note orders that are paid for by Certified Checks or Money Orders may take a couple more days for delivery.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your package and destination. This will automatically be calculated and added into your shopping cart before you check out. Any orders with total value of $100 or more before tax qualify for free shipping within Canada and the United States, except for Hawaii and Alaska.

All packages are shipped with Canada Post Expedited service.

3. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders will take 7 – 10 business days for delivery within Canada and the US. If there is any issues, or orders that will take longer then the allotted 7 -10 business days, Perfect Love will notify you via email.

Express orders are available at an added cost, and may be placed by calling 647.296.1269.

4. Do you currently accept International Orders?

We do accept International Orders over the phone only due to the special arrangements required. If you live outside Canada and the United States and would like to place an order, please call 647.296.1269.

5. What is your return policy?

Perfect Love does not issue refunds; but will exchange any new and unused merchandise. Ordering information and receipts are required for any exchange. Exchanges will be made for any products that are defected or the wrong order. In these cases, Perfect Love will provide a postage-paid mailer on your exchanged order.

Any items received for an exchange 30 days after the original shipping date is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

6. Do you give bulk discounts for large orders and fundraisers?

7. Do you donate any money from your t-shirt sales?

Perfect Love donates a dollar from every t-shirt sale to Compassion Canada to help eliminate poverty for children around the world. Compassion Canada is the world's leading Chrisitan child development ministry. Compassion is committed to eliminating the root causes of poverty for children around the globe. Compassion Canada exists as an advocate for children to release them from their spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty and enable them to become responsible and fulfilled Christian adults.

8. Where are you located?

Perfect Love is located in Toronto, ON Canada. All deliveries are made from our Markham, ON location where we stock all our t-shirts.
